YEAR PASS POLICY
All sales are final and are subject to HST. No shares, refunds and transfers to all passes.
Annual Unlimited Pass can be put on hold for two (2) times with a minimum period of 1 month (30 days) each time and maximum of 2 months (60 days).
Medical suspension requires a note and clearance to come back. Five day prior notification by e-mail is required with name, phone number and days away.
AUTO RENEW MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Auto Renew Membership Plan requires one (1) year commitment. You may cancel your membership with notice and a cancellation fee. Declined credit card charge is $25.
You may hold membership for two (2) times with a minimum period of 1 month (30 days) each time and maximum of 2 months (60 days).
Medical suspension requires a note and clearance to come back. Five day prior notification by e-mail is required with name, phone number and days away.
Students with an early cancellation before the 12-month commitment will be fined $200 from the payment method provided. This cancellation fee is nonnegotiable.
MONTHLY PASS

Students are free to cancel at any time.
No holds and pauses are available for monthly passes at any situation.
Private classes
Private classes are customized classes designed to fit your needs and fitness goals. Work closely with our qualified instructors and receive immediate feedback and personal instructions. This is perfect new students who want to learn the fundamentals or for advanced students who want to deepen their practice. Please call or email us for details.

Do my class pass expire?
All class cards have 12 months expiration.
Can I share my class package with another person?
Only class card packages can be shared with another person.
Can I refund or transfer my class package?
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes! Our rental equipment includes: 1) 6mm Studio Pro Mat to enhance your practice – $2 2) Soft towels for your practice and shower – $2
