You'll have the ability to begin as an innocent starter yogi and grow to an adept yogi breaking out into handstands. Or you just might like to take the chill path and stick to ultra relaxing classes that help you calm and focus. Either way, we've got the class.

Introducing:

Reduced Heat Hatha and Vinyasa Flow

HATHA YOGA
(All levels) The branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in the body. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.

HATHA YOGA FLOW
Vinyasa style sequencing with emphasis on alignment and holding postures. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation included.

VINYASA FLOW
A vigorous, dynamic, fluid yoga sequence linking breath with movement to create internal heat and strength. The series is designed for physically active and motivated students with more emphasis on upper body and abdominal strength. Flow of postures includes standing, sitting, balancing, inversions, forward bending, and breathing exercises.



Hot Yoga (All Levels)


This class is suitable for beginners and students of all ages and fitness levels, no experience or flexibility required. We start by slowing down, coming into breath before motion, and then building motion up from the flow of breath, smoothly transitioning from the floor to standing work. Options are given throughout the class for varying degrees of strength and/or flexibility. You will be encouraged to work at your level, honour your body and limitations, and go deeper when you feel you're ready in a non-competitive environment. These classes will help you become familiar with the foundation poses and flow of a yoga class. Look forward to a long savasana to close the class, and leave feeling restored, rejuvenated, stretched, and worked.

Fundamental Flow


This is an ideal class for both new and the experienced students to learn and refine the fundamental of yoga. You will learn correct breathing techniques and yoga postures to deepen your own practice. This class helps to enhance body/space awareness, alignment, strength and flexibility.

Reduced Heat Yoga Flow


This class is suitable for beginners and students of all levels. Similar to our Hot Yoga classes except that we've reduced the heat 10 degrees. Great for new students that are becoming accustomed to practicing in the heat and for those preparing for other levels of intensity.

Ashtanga


Ashtanga vinyasa yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressively more challenging series of postures. This process produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. It is a vigorous moving meditation that helps improve focus and relieve anxiety in day- to- day life.

Fat Blasting Hot Yoga


This is a well-designed program that combines fast-paced and energized Yoga moves for fat-burning and flexibility enhancement. This safe, easy-to-follow and fun routine gives your body that strong, lean and fit look. All levels welcome.

Hot Pilates


In the Mat Sequence Pilates class participants will learn to develop leaner and stronger muscles, establish core strength and stability, and increase mind-body awareness.

Our featured HOT YOGA with incredible value! This is a perfect for those who want to get fit with the Hot Yoga routine without too much pressure. You may pay $7 cash, use your class or unlimited package.

Belly Dance


A natural movement emanating from the torso rather than the legs and feet. Focusing on isolating different parts of the body, take your shoes off and enjoy an intimate physical connection while BURNING CALORIES!! Belly dance is suitable for all ages and body types. It can be as physically challenging as the dancer or student chooses. Many belly dance moves develop the ability to move various muscle groups independently, increasing flexibility in the torso and back. The bottom line is it is a lot of FUN! [No shoes/mat required, wear comfortable clothing & socks]
